Using this website

The website is provided for general information about MPSK Studio and its services, and to let you send us a project enquiry. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting knowingly false or abusive enquiries, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, design, imagery, motion work, the MPSK Studio name and logo, and the underlying code — belongs to MPSK Studio or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Demonstration material, such as the website transformation, is studio work created to show our process and does not represent external client work unless labelled as such.

Information, not advice

Content on this website is general information about how we work. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it may change as our services evolve. We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be up to date, uninterrupted or error-free.

Project work is agreed separately

Nothing on this website is a contractual offer. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement. If we work together, the specific commercial terms — scope, deliverables, pricing, payment, timelines, ownership and revisions — will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that you receive and accept before work begins. If those written terms differ from anything on this website, the written terms apply.

Enquiries and personal information

How we handle the personal information you send through the enquiry form is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites or use third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not control.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, from interruptions or errors in the website, or from matters outside our reasonable control. Liability connected to project work is dealt with in the written terms agreed for that work.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to your use of the website. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
